มาอูกันดาทริปนี้ ก็เหมือนกับทุกทริปที่มาอัฟริกาคือเราจะใช้สายการบินเอธิโอเปียนแอร์ไลน์ และนั่งเครื่อง 8 ชั่วโมงเพื่อมาต่อเครื่องที่ Addis Ababa เพื่อยังไปสนามบินปลายทาง ซึ่งทริปนี้ก็จะเป็น Entebbe ชึ่งใช้เวลาเดินทางประมาณ 2 ชั่วโมง
ถึง Entebbe ประมาณบ่ายโมงตามเวลาท้องถิ่น ผ่านขบวนการ ตรวจคนเข้าเมืองก็ไม่ยุ่งยาก พวกเราแลกเงินท้องถิ่นไว้ใช้จ่ายตามแต่ทุกคนวางแผนว่าจะใช้ทำอะไร บ้างก็ซื้อซิมภายในประเทศพร้อมติดตั้งก็ใช้เวลาไปพอสมควรเนื่องจากมากันหลายคน เสร็จเรียบร้อยเดินออกนอกอาคาร ได้เจอกับ Olivia ไกด์หนุ่มแต่ชื่อเหมือนสาว ทักทายกันเรียบร้อยก็ออกเดินทางไปที่พัก ซึ่งแผนเดิมจะพักโรงแรมในสวนโบธานิค และมีเวลาชมนกหลายชนิดในสวนนี้ แต่มีการเปลี่ยนแผนนิดหน่อยเพราะ ราบมาว่าวันนี้ในสวนมีกิจกรรมพิเศษของคนเมืองหลวงมีผู้คนมาร่วมกิจกรรมเยอะ อาจจะไม่สะดวกในการดูนกของพวกเรา ไกด์จึงจัดหาที่พักให้ใหม่แถวๆริมทะเลสาปวิคตอเรียนอกเมือง Kampala
เข้าเช็คอินที่โรงแรมเรียบร้อย เรามีเวลาก่อนแสงจะหมด โอลิเวีย พาพวกเราออกเดินไปสำรวจแถวริมทะเลสาบหลังโรงแรมเป็นทุ่งหญ้าที่มีบ้านตากอากาศกำลังผุดขึ้นเหมือนดอกเห็ด แต่เมื่อสร้างเสร็จก็คงไม่ลืมสิ่งที่ต้องมีคือลวดไฟฟ้าบนรั้ว แบบเดียวกับที่โรงแรมที่เราพัก.

Cyperus papyrus, better known by the common names papyrus sedge, papyrus, paper reed, Indian matting plant, or Nile grass, is a species of aquatic flowering plant belonging to the sedge family Cyperaceae. The red-chested sunbird (Cinnyris erythrocercus) is a species of bird in the family Nectariniidae. It is found in Burundi, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ethiopia, Kenya, Rwanda, South Sudan, Tanzania, and Uganda.
The village weaver (Ploceus cucullatus), also known as the spotted-backed weaveror black-headed weaver (the latter leading to easy confusion with P. melanocephalus), is a bird species in the family Ploceidae found in much of sub-Saharan Africa. It has also been introduced to Portugal and Venezuela as well as to the islands of Hispaniola, Martinique, Puerto Rico, Mauritius and Réunion.
The common bulbul (Pycnonotus barbatus) is a member of the bulbul family of passerine birds. It is widespread throughout most of Africa except for the very arid areas. Ten subspecies are recognised based on the geographical variation in plumage. Some of these were formerly considered as separate species: Dodson's bulbul, the Somali bulbul and the dark-capped bulbul.
The northern grey-headed sparrow (Passer griseus), also known as the grey-headed sparrow, is a species of bird in the sparrow family Passeridae, which is resident in much of tropical Africa.[3] It occurs in a wide range of open habitats, including open woodlands and human habitation, often occupying the same niche as the house sparrow does in Eurasia

Hyacinths are a prominent feature at Keukenhof Gardens, blooming from early April to mid-April, sometimes earlier, and are part of the garden's vibrant spring display.
